Founded by Alexander Martin in 2014, AMA has a growing portfolio of residential and workspace projects. Based in London, the practice works with both private and commercial clients in the UK and internationally. Their creative process is fundamental to the success of a project. AMA work closely with clients from the outset to understand their needs. They have a resourceful and talented team who understand design, innovation and good practice, all of which enable them to deliver original, high quality projects.

The studio’s design philosophy is driven by debate and research and always in partnership with the client. The ambitions for each project are derived from strategies, awareness of the environment and the testing of ideas in order to develop a contemporary, individual and considered response to the brief. Part of AMA’s approach is developing the integration between architecture and interior design, to synthesise exterior and interior to create a unique space.  Alexander Martin Architects aim to be crafted, functional and unexpected.
